Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at boyalascoprints. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time
Because our graphic t-shirts and apparel are custom printed and made to order, all orders are subject to a processing and production time. 
Order Processing Time: 2 to 4 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We work with major carriers (including USPS, UPS, and DHL) to ensure reliable delivery.

Estimated Transit Time: 3 to 7 business days (Standard Shipping).
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 11 business days (Processing Time + Transit Time).

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier bottlenecks or holiday seasons.

3. Order Cut-Off Time
Our daily order cut-off time is **5:00 PM (CST)**, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM on Friday or during the weekend will begin processing on the following business day.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of shipment generation.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
BOYALASCOPRINTS is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages and Lost Packages
If you receive a damaged item or your package is lost in transit, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team immediately at info@boyalascoprints.com so we can file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement.
