Thank you for shopping at Boyalascoprints.com. We specialize in high-quality, made-to-order apparel and printed products. Every item is created specifically for you after your order is placed, helping reduce waste and support thoughtful production.

Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

Order Processing

All products are made to order.

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days, although processing times may vary depending on the product and current order volume.
Please refer to the individual product page for the most accurate processing estimate.
Processing time begins after your order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed.
Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Shipping & Delivery

After production is complete, your order will be shipped through one of our trusted shipping partners.

Delivery times vary depending on:

Your shipping destination
The shipping method selected at checkout
Carrier operations
Seasonal demand
Holidays and weather conditions

Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive in different packages depending on product availability and fulfillment location.

Shipping Delays

Customs and Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country's customs regulations.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.

Boyalascoprints is not responsible for customs delays or additional fees imposed by customs authorities.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify that your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.

Boyalascoprints is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided during checkout.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update your information before production or shipment begins, but changes cannot be guaranteed once your order has entered production.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

Your order number
A brief description of the problem
Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging, if applicable

We will work with you and the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund when eligible.
