At BoyalascoPrints, we want you to shop with confidence. Every item is made with care, and your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our policy below before placing an order.
Order Cancellations
We gladly accept order cancellations.
- Cancellation requests must be made within 2 days (48 hours) of purchase.
- Once production has started, your order can no longer be canceled because our products are custom-made specifically for you.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are made to order, return and exchange eligibility varies by item. Please review the product description on each listing for specific return and exchange information before purchasing.
Returns or exchanges may be accepted in situations such as:
- You received the wrong item.
- Your order arrived damaged or defective.
- There was a manufacturing or printing error.
If your item qualifies for a return or exchange, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
Non-Returnable Items
Unless required by law, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Products damaged after delivery through misuse or improper care
- Custom or personalized items
- Orders where the wrong size, color, or style was selected by the customer
- Change-of-mind purchases after production has begun

Refunds
If your refund request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days after the refund is processed for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will review your request and, if approved, provide an appropriate solution, which may include:
- A replacement item
- A full refund
- A partial refund, where appropriate
There is no additional cost to you if the error was ours.
